A Virginia woman, Amanda Kempton, 32, was arraigned following a hit-and-run incident in the Hamptons that resulted in the death of Sara Burack, a 40-year-old luxury real estate agent and former star of Netflix’s “Million Dollar Beach House.” Burack was found unresponsive on Montauk Highway early Thursday morning and was pronounced dead at Stony Brook University Hospital after emergency responders received a 911 call.
Southampton Town Police arrested Kempton and charged her with leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident. She pleaded not guilty and was released on bail.
