Following the collision, McDonald, described as approximately 5-foot-2 with red hair, abandoned the vehicle and fled the scene on foot. Witnesses reported seeing her, dressed in shorts and a hoodie, running behind a Walgreens toward Lela Avenue.

Local authorities are concerned that McDonald might attempt to steal another vehicle in the nearby Sumiton area to evade capture. The Dora Police Department is actively investigating the incident and urges anyone who spots McDonald to reach out immediately.
