Police Respond to Standoff Following Stabbing in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A standoff unfolded on Wednesday night in southeast Kansas City after officers responded to reports of a stabbing incident. At approximately 7:30 p.m., law enforcement arrived at the 7500 block of East 110th Street and found a man suffering from life-threatening stab wounds. He indicated that a woman was responsible for the attack and was believed to be inside a nearby home.

Despite efforts to locate the woman, police entered the residence as part of their response to the incident but found no one inside, leading to the conclusion of the standoff without any further arrests or injuries. Officers are still seeking information regarding the incident.
