Each summer, their deck becomes an ideal spot to watch Fourth of July fireworks, with an in-ground pool dating back to the 1960s adding charm to their outdoor space. Despite challenges, including frogs in the pool, Rainosek and Milam revitalized the property into a modern oasis, reflecting personal touches that nod to their Texan roots.
Realtor Chris Drury, who guided the couple through their home purchase and is now representing them in the sale, expressed awe at how they transformed the home.
