One person died in a motorcycle accident in Independence, Missouri according to the Independence Police Department. The crash occurred at 12:20 a.m. on April 13, when a motorcyclist driving south on Missouri Route 291 collided with the back of a Chevrolet Equinox that was stopped at a red light on 23rd Street.
