State Technical College of Missouri recently hosted the SkillsUSA State Leadership and Skills Conference, bringing together over 1,600 students from across the state. The event, which began on Thursday and concludes today, saw middle school, high school, and college students competing in a wide variety of skill-based events.
The conference included over 100 different competitions, ranging from technical skills like welding and engineering to leadership challenges and public speaking. Students had the opportunity to showcase their talents, learn from industry professionals, and network with their peers from other schools.
