Tornado victims in southeast Missouri to receive assistance from mobile food pantries


The Southeast Missouri Food Bank is providing assistance to tornado victims by hosting multiple mobile food pantries in areas affected by the recent storms, including Wayne County, Reynolds County, Carter County, and Butler County. One event was held in Wayne County at the Mill Spring Village and City Hall, with more scheduled in Reynolds County, Carter County, and Poplar Bluff. The food bank is offering extra food to those in need to help alleviate the impact of the tornadoes. The next mobile distribution event is set to take place at the Ellington Apostolic Tabernacle Church in Reynolds County on March 24. Residents of Carter County can access the mobile food pantry in Van Buren at the Mt. Zion Church of God Prophecy.
