Carthage High School senior Joshua Miller has been recognized as one of Missouri’s top academic students through the Missouri Scholars 100 program. The program, organized by the Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals, honors students based on GPA, standardized test scores, class rank, and coursework in various subjects.
