Keokuk Police arrested Timothy Lee Fuller, 49, of Kahoka, Mo., for soliciting what he believed to be an underage female for sex. He faces charges of enticing a minor, grooming, sexual exploitation of a minor, and possession of methamphetamine. Fuller was caught when he arranged to meet the girl in Keokuk, where he was arrested. The police were contacted by an agency outside their jurisdiction, leading to Fuller’s arrest. He is also facing charges in another jurisdiction. The successful outcome of the investigation was credited to the collaboration of multiple law enforcement agencies.
