NuMale Medical Center, the defendant in the case, stated that their focus remains on providing responsible patient care and maintaining safety and compliance standards at their facilities. Court records show that the jury found the defendants guilty of fraudulent and negligent conduct that resulted in damages to the plaintiff, as well as violations of the Unfair Practices Act through their unconscionable behavior.
