As the 2024 presidential election approaches, Missouri voters are gearing up for not only the race between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, but also for various other important races within the state. In addition to the congressional districts, voters will also be selecting one of the state’s two Senate seats, with Democrat Lucas Kunce challenging Republican incumbent Josh Hawley.
The gubernatorial race in Missouri is heating up between Republican Mike Kehoe, Democrat Crystal Quade, and independent Paul Lehmann. The lieutenant governor race will see Republican David Wasinger facing off against Democrat Richard Brown, with independent Kevin Iverson also in the mix.
Missouri residents will also have the opportunity to vote in the attorney general contest, choosing between Republican incumbent Andrew Bailey and Democrat Elad Gross, with independent Ryan Munro also on the ballot. Additionally, there will be several statewide ballot referendums for voters to consider.
