New lawsuits accuse Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of sexual assault and rape dating back two decades

New lawsuits filed in federal court accuse Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault and rape, with incidents dating back to 1995. The complaints were filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, representing accusers with allegations against Combs. The lawsuits were filed under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, allowing victims a two-year window to file claims. Combs and his businesses are defendants in the lawsuits and the accusers are seeking unspecified damages. Combs has denied all claims, calling them “sickening” and motivated by money.

The lawsuits detail disturbing incidents such as spiked drinks, sexual assaults at parties, and assaults in hotel rooms. These allegations come in the midst of Combs fighting federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges, with a trial date set for May 5. Prosecutors are currently going through data seized from Combs’ properties.

These latest lawsuits follow a series of legal battles for Combs, including a settlement with ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who accused him of physical and sexual abuse. Combs apologized for a 2016 incident caught on surveillance video but claimed it was an isolated event. His legal team has accused the government of leaking information to the media, prompting a call for an evidentiary hearing.

Combs’ legal troubles continue to escalate with the new lawsuits adding to the ongoing legal battles he is facing.
