Psychologists and experts in organization suggest that the pressure to maintain excessively organized spaces can lead to burnout and alienation, as individuals may feel compelled to present a false sense of simplicity and perfection online.

As the trend of showcasing meticulously organized fridges and airport trays continues to grow, there is a debate about the true benefits of such extreme organization and whether it is sustainable for most people. It is essential to consider the mental health implications of striving for a picture-perfect lifestyle and the importance of authenticity and self-acceptance amidst the pressure to conform to organizational trends.
