Callaway County, MO – Two roads in Callaway County are set to close for culvert repairs on Monday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., as announced by the Missouri Department of Transportation. Route WW, located just east of the Boone County line, will be closed from the Cedar Creek Bridge/county line to County Road 259. Additionally, Route C, north of Mokane, will be closed between the two junctions with County Road 400. Message boards are already in place to notify motorists of the upcoming closures. The repairs are expected to be completed in just one day. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes during the closures, which are weather-dependent and subject to change. MoDOT also reminded drivers in the release to wear seat belts, refrain from using phones, obey traffic signs, slow down and move over in work zones.
