Dom Pérignon hosted an exclusive event at a private estate in the Hamptons to unveil its Vintage 2015 and Vintage 2006 Pléntitude 2. The soirée featured a gastronomic experience with Argentine chef Francis Mallmann and Dom Pérignon Chef de Cave, Vincent Chaperon. VIP guests like Naomi Watts and Camila Morrone enjoyed a luxurious yacht arrival, solo tastings, and a specially curated menu that complemented the new vintages. Chef Mallmann incorporated Dom Pérignon’s dynamic Champagnes into dishes like salt-crusted salmon and whole lambs with gremolata sauce. The evening ended with a music performance on a floating platform. The experience was open to the public for the following three evenings. Dom Pérignon will continue their “Explorations of Tactility” in cities like New York City and Chicago, where chefs will interpret the vintages to create dishes that showcase harmony through tactility. This event showcased the brand’s commitment to luxury and innovation, offering guests a one-of-a-kind experience that combined fine dining, music, and the finest Champagnes.
