A multi-vehicle crash in Escambia County, Alabama resulted in the death of a Missouri man and injuries to three others. The crash occurred on July 4th on U.S. 31 near Old U.S. 31, approximately 6 miles south of Brewton. The collision involved a 2017 Jeep Liberty, a 2020 Ram 1500, and a 2020 Hyundai Sonata. William H. Moore, a 69-year-old man from Higginsville, Missouri, passed away from his injuries as a passenger in the Jeep. The driver of the Jeep and the Hyundai, as well as the driver of the Ram 1500, were all hospitalized with injuries. The driver of the Jeep was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division is currently investigating the crash. No additional information has been provided at this time.
