His husband, Scotty Dynamo, shared the news on Instagram, paying tribute to Heslin as a brilliant, selfless, and loving man. Dynamo mentioned how Heslin supported him through multiple rounds of cancer and described him as the sweetest and most caring person he had ever met. The couple had plans to start a family, and Heslin had expressed his desire to be a father.
Dynamo also revealed that Heslin was an organ donor and had given the gift of life to four different families after his death. Actress Kimiko Glenn, a longtime friend of Heslin, also shared a heartfelt tribute, expressing her deep connection and memories with him over the years. Heslin, a California native and a graduate of Boston Conservatory at Berklee, was not only an actor but also a director, producer, and writer. He co-founded the production house Well-Versed Entertainment and created and starred in the mockumentary series “The Influencers.”
Heslin appeared in various shows, including “Younger” and “I Love You…But I Lied,” and had roles in recent series such as “Special Ops: Lioness” and “The Holiday Proposal Plan.” His sudden and untimely death has left a void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him, with Dynamo expressing his eternal love and gratitude for their time together.
