Iron Mountain Hot Springs in Glenwood Springs, Colorado has expanded to offer visitors a unique experience of soaking in the hot springs of the world. The latest expansion, called “WorldSprings,” features 13 pools with mineral recipes inspired by famous hot springs from around the globe. Each pool is designed to replicate the unique mineral content of hot springs in locations such as Iceland, South Korea, Italy, Japan, and Australia.
Visitors can now enjoy relaxing in pools that mimic the properties of these renowned hot springs, with benefits ranging from skin health to muscle tissue maintenance. In addition to the global-inspired pools, a new 21-and-older section called WorldSprings offers a cafe serving cocktails, smoothies, and food. Founder Steve Beckley, alongside New York-based Off Road Capital Partners, brought this concept to life after years of planning.
The expansion at Iron Mountain Hot Springs caters to the feedback and requests of guests, with amenities like reservations to manage crowding, more pools over the Colorado River, and a cold plunge pool near a Turkey-inspired pool. Future plans include introducing more pools, private cabanas by the river, and a larger cold plunge pool in the next expansion phase. The hope is to debut these additions by next summer.
WorldSprings is now open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering three-hour slots for visitors to enjoy all the pools at Iron Mountain Hot Springs for $59 per reservation. The unique experience of soaking in the hot springs of the world is now available in Colorado for locals and tourists alike.
