The team is set to depart from Delhi to Mumbai for a victory parade from Marine Drive to Wankhede Stadium. Maharashtra Vidhan Bhavan will felicitate Mumbai players Suryakumar Yadav, Rohit Sharma, Shivam Dube, and Yashasvi Jaiswal. Several celebrations and meetings are planned, including the players meeting Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde and the Mumbai parade.
Indian players, their families, and support staff enjoyed a 16-hour flight following their victory, with players engaging with passengers and making the journey memorable. Mumbai Police have issued a traffic advisory for road closures and alternate routes for the victory parade.
