A tragic fatal crash involving a school bus and multiple vehicles in Clay County, Missouri is currently under investigation by the Missouri Highway Patrol. Two people lost their lives in the accident, which occurred near 92 Highway and A Highway around 3 p.m. on Wednesday. The school bus was transporting 17 students who had just returned from a FBLA conference at the airport. Fortunately, none of the children on the bus suffered serious injuries. Unfortunately, a third person involved in the crash is currently in critical condition. This is an ongoing situation and updates will be provided as they become available.
