Eric Strom, a 63-year-old man who went missing on June 12, 2024, has been found dead, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. His body was discovered near the location where he was last seen, and officials believe there was no foul play involved. Strom, who had dementia, left a senior living facility in Nevada, Missouri on foot and had not been seen since. The Nevada Police Department had issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for him. Strom was described as a white male with blonde hair and hazel eyes, standing six feet tall and weighing 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans. His body was difficult to identify due to its decaying state. Anyone with information about Strom was urged to contact law enforcement.
